Senator Menendez Champions His Bill To Help Fund Biotechnology Small Businesses

Senator Robert Menendez visits PTC Therapeutics to announce $53 million in tax credits to 133 emerging NJ biotechnology companies for medical research through a program he authored. PTC received $2.5 million in tax credits to fund their pioneering research in treatments for Spinal Muscular Atrophy & Hepatitis C. Overall the program is providing $1 billion nationwide in tax credits & grants for small businesses, funding the cutting edge science to keep America healthy and create the 21st century jobs we need.
