Menendez Applauds Obama Re-Nomination of Judge Shwartz to Federal Bench
Urges Swift Senate Approval

WASHINGTON, DC – U.S. Senator Robert Menendez today applauded the re-nomination by President Obama of Judge Patty Shwartz for the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and called for swift consideration and approval of her nomination by the Senate.
“I welcome President Obama’s re-nomination of Judge Patty Shwartz for the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and know she will be a tremendous addition to our federal bench,” said Senator Menendez. “I have full confidence in Judge Shwartz’s abilities, acumen and experience and urge my Senate colleagues to consider and confirm her nomination as swiftly as possible.”
